Welcome.

This space is for moments when you feel stuck, numb, or quietly unhappy with your life, when you’re searching for something that helps you feel seen and understood, so you don’t feel quite so alone in what you’re carrying.

You don’t have to have it all together here. You don’t have to have it figured out. You don’t have to be healed, calm, or “better” in order to belong.

If you’ve tried all the quick fixes, pushed yourself to move forward, and wondered why it seems to work for everyone else but not for you, I see you. I know how hard you’ve been trying. I understand this place, because I’ve been there too.

Think of this space like slipping on your coziest cardigan with a warm mug in your hands, a place where you can soften without needing to explain yourself.

You’re invited to let your body and intuition guide you here. Stay as long as feels good. Move gently. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

Hi, I’m Jess Vanrose.

I’m the founder and creative director of Vanrose Collective, and the host of the podcast Life After Trauma with Jess Vanrose. More than any title, I’m someone who understands what it’s like to live in survival mode, and what it takes to slowly find your way back to yourself after it.

My work is shaped by lived experience, years of personal healing, and a deep respect for the body’s wisdom. I don’t believe in quick fixes or pushing through what hurts. I believe in creating spaces where people can slow down, feel less alone, and soften at their own pace, even if it’s only a little.

why this work exists

This work exists because there are so few spaces that invite people to slow down without asking anything of them.

For a long time, I knew I had something to share. I tried to make sense of it, to pull clarity together, to find the right words before they were ready. But clarity didn’t arrive all at once. It came slowly, through showing up, staying close to the work, and continuing my own healing and learning over time.

When it finally settled, it wasn’t loud or urgent. It arrived as a quiet knowing that there needed to be another path in, one that moved at a different pace than the world around us.

Vanrose Collective was created as an invitation to slow down together, to step into a space where nothing needs to be proven, fixed, or figured out. A place where presence is allowed to emerge naturally, without being rushed or demanded.

if you spend time here

If you spend time here, I hope you feel safe.

There are so many places and experiences that require us to be vigilant. This space is not one of them. Here, you are not expected to be on guard or have everything figured out.

I hope you feel held and supported as you move through this work. Not rushed. Not pushed. Gently accompanied.

My intention is to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and soul, and to slowly come home to yourself. To build, or protect, your sense of inner safety and self-trust in a way that feels natural and true to you.

I don’t have the answers for your life. But I offer perspective, language, and space that support you in uncovering what already lives within you.

if you’re still here…

…something in this space likely resonated.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for yet, or where it will lead. It’s enough to notice that you feel a little more seen, a little less alone, or gently curious about what might come next.

You’re welcome to explore this work in whatever way feels supportive right now. Through conversation and shared stories on the podcast. Through quiet, embodied moments with the meditations. Or simply by staying connected and returning when the timing feels right.

There’s no rush here. You’re allowed to move at your own pace. This space will be here when you’re ready.
