If you’ve spent years in survival mode, you might know the feeling of always holding everything together.
Being strong, pushing forward, managing what needs to be managed, while quietly carrying more than most people realize.

At some point, many women reach a moment where they realize they don’t just want to survive anymore.
They want to slow down, understand themselves again, and reconnect with the parts of them that had to go quiet just to get through.

These sessions offer a gentle, trauma-informed space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or carry it all alone.

Together we create room to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of what you’ve been holding, so you can start moving toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and truly your own.

In our time together we might explore things like emotional grounding, nervous system regulation, reconnecting with your intuition, or navigating the identity shifts that often happen after trauma or chronic stress.

This is not therapy and it’s not traditional coaching.
It’s a supportive, guided conversation designed to help you come back to yourself at your own pace.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before booking a session. This space is simply an invitation to begin.

Session Details

• 60-minute private session
• Held online via Riverside (simple link, no downloads needed)
• Trauma-informed and client-led
• Optional recording available after the session if you’d like to revisit the conversation later (recording is completely optional and only done with your permission.)

Many people find that simply having a space where they can speak honestly and be fully heard creates a sense of relief and clarity.

4-Session Integration Package — $500

Four sessions held over the course of a month to support deeper reflection and meaningful shifts.
