rest & reset at home

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.

This private page has everything you need for our live Rest & Reset At Home experience, including your workbook, event link, preparation notes, and gentle reflection prompts for before and after our time together.

You don’t need to prepare perfectly. You don’t need to arrive calm.
You’re simply invited to arrive as you are.

Download Your workbook

Your workbook is here to support quiet reflection before, during, and after the experience.

You may want to print it, or simply keep it open and write your reflections in a journal.

Prepare Your Space

Before we begin, you may want to gather:

  • A blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel supported

  • A comfortable place to rest: yoga mat, couch, bed

  • A journal and pen

  • Water or tea

  • Headphones, if available

  • Soft lighting, if that feels good to you

You are welcome to participate seated, lying down, or in any position that feels supportive for your body.

Before We Begin

Take a few moments before the session to gently check in with yourself.

You may want to reflect on one or two of these prompts:

What am I carrying into this space today?

What does my body or nervous system seem to be asking for right now?

Where have I been feeling stretched, tense, rushed, or disconnected?

What would it feel like to soften, even slightly?

What intention do I want to bring into this experience?

There is no right answer. Let this be simple.

Optional Event Playlist

To help you create a calming atmosphere at home, I’ve included the Rest & Reset playlist below. If music feels supportive to you, you’re welcome to play it softly in the background during the event. You’re also welcome to enjoy the experience in silence.

Post-Session Reflection

When you feel ready, you may want to sit with one or two of these prompts:

What did I notice in my body during or after the experience?

What softened, shifted, or became clearer?

What part of me needs tenderness right now?

What do I want to carry with me from this reset?

What is one small way I can support myself tonight or tomorrow?

need help?

during the session

This is a gentle, trauma-aware space. You will never be required to share or speak.

During the welcome, intention setting, journaling, reflection, and optional sharing, you are welcome to have your camera on or off.

During the guided meditation portion, I’ll invite everyone to turn their cameras off. This is to help create a more private, supportive experience where you can fully settle into your own space without feeling watched or needing to perform rest.

You are welcome to:

  • Keep your camera on or off during the non-meditation portions

  • Turn your camera off during the guided meditation

  • Stay muted unless invited to share

  • Step away if needed

  • Adjust your position at any time

  • Participate in the way that feels most supportive to you

Rest & Reset is a supportive wellness experience. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or crisis support.

After the Session

After our time together, give yourself a little space before rushing back into the rest of your evening.

You may want to:

  • Drink water or tea

  • Eat something nourishing

  • Journal for a few minutes

  • Take a slow walk

  • Keep your evening quiet, if possible

  • Let the experience settle without needing to analyze it right away
