Rest & Reset offers a different way to enter your week. One that begins with slowing down rather than bracing for what’s next.
This 75-minute guided experience is designed to help you settle your mind, soften tension in the body, and transition into the week with calm and clarity.
The evening is entirely seated or lying down, with gentle guidance throughout. You’ll be invited to slow your breath, notice the support beneath you, and allow your body to unwind at its own pace.
The experience includes:
A welcoming orientation to help you arrive and feel at ease
A guided settling practice focused on breath, grounding, and rest
Time for journaling or quiet reflection using a simple workbook
Optional space for brief sharing (always by choice)
A closing moment to help you carry steadiness into your week
Whether you’ve had a full week or simply need space to exhale, this evening offers a contained, supportive pause.
You’ll leave with a sense of steadiness that you can return to, even in the middle of a busy day.
You are invited to bring a blanket for extra comfort.
All levels welcome. No prior meditation experience needed.
