There is a moment, in the midst of a full life, where your body quietly asks you to slow down.
Not later. Not when everything is done.

Rest & Reset is a space created to meet you in that moment.
A place to soften, to settle, and to come back to yourself.
This 90-minute guided experience is designed to help you release tension, quiet the noise of the mind, and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm and clarity.
The experience is entirely seated or lying down, with gentle, trauma-aware guidance throughout. You’ll be invited to slow your breath and allow your body to unwind at its own pace… without pressure, without expectation.
The experience includes:
• A welcoming orientation to help you arrive and feel at ease
• A guided settling practice focused on breath, grounding, and rest
• Time for journaling or quiet reflection using a simple workbook
• Optional space for brief sharing (always by choice)
• A closing moment to gently transition you back, while holding onto a sense of steadiness
Whether you’re feeling stretched thin, navigating a lot, or simply craving a moment to pause… this is a space where nothing is asked of you, and everything is allowed to soften.
You’ll leave with a sense of steadiness you can return to… even in the middle of a busy day.
You are invited to bring a blanket for extra comfort.
All levels welcome. No prior meditation experience needed.
